I Could Never Understand How So Many People Gain Up To 10 lbs. When On A Cruise...


Since I have Incorporated Exercise Into MY LIFE, I am programmed to work out, even when I go on a vacation, or a CRUISE!!  I will work out at the Fitness Center up to 5 times, depending on the Itinarary, and still eat a lot, and drink alcoholic beverages! Its about speeding up your metabolism, and consistently keeping it up. The Fitness Center is on the ship, for God's Sake; the walk to the gym, will do a person good, too. Its about choosing the right foods to eat, and keeping a balance amongst carbs, fats, sugars, etc.
